About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team and help us keep up with the demands of the business. Reporting to the Office Manager and supporting the broader warehouse/office team, your time will be spent handling the duties for the warehouse and providing customer support along with managing inbound/outbound sales orders.
This is a Casual role, working Monday to Friday. We are located in a convenient location at Capalaba with a great team and working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Packaging customer orders
- Providing customer service, answering phone calls
- Receiving stock orders into inventory
- Monitoring inventory levels in the stock room
We would love to hear from people with:
- Past warehouse/order picking experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Physically fit, some moderate package weight lifting involved
