Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator for our Sugar and Renewables business. This role entails leading the team responsible for managing the packaging and distribution operations of multiple blends of ethanol products in Yarraville, creating a safe, high performance customer driven work culture, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the movement of inventory to and from site, ensuring accurate stock and timely replenishment of products and all consumables (including all associated paperwork)
- Identify, assess, document and initiate correction of hazards through our Safety processes
- Establish effective relationships with suppliers and carriers to facilitate smooth transport operations
- Build, lead and develop an effective site Warehouse team
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing a warehouse facility, or similar experience. You will excel in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, have experience in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating a high level of communication skills. The achievement of business objectives and satisfaction of customer requirements is key to this position.

We are seeking a candidate who brings valuable experience in a similar position working with multiple stakeholders. You will need a thorough understanding of Safety compliance, along with knowledge of working with budgets, management of costs and the ability to lead a team to be excel in this role.
