To enable us to deliver on this, we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service & Warehouse All-Rounder to join our small, but successful team in our Campbellfield Distribution Centre. This is a permanent full-time role, and the hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 4pm.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the National Operations Co-Ordinator, we are searching for an experienced Customer Service & Warehouse All-Rounder who is self-motivated and team-orientated, to join our team in the Campbellfield Distribution Centre. We require someone that thrives in a safe environment where accuracy, pride of place, and turnaround time is crucial. Your ability to become an integral part of a great team will be highly regarded. We are a growing business with plenty of ambition, and can offer long-term stability and opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be primarily responsible for assisting in all CUSTOMER SERVICE aspects on a daily basis as well as assisting our warehouse team with any ad-hoc duties. Main tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls from our National Distributor Network
- Quoting price and availability
- Entering orders and warranty submissions
- Troubleshooting and product support (training provided)
- Supporting account managers with sales enquiries
- Freight quoting and booking
- Assist with warehouse processing of orders and invoicing
- Undertaking general administration, and data entry/Office administration duties
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a can-do attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Possess a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar environment
- Be a highly motivated and results-driven person with outstanding communication skills
- Have an energetic attitude and desire to achieve results
- Be committed to effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse
- Have knowledge of safe warehouse practices
- Be competent with MS Office and computers
- Demonstrate diligence for process and procedure
- Be self-motivated, punctual, and reliable with your own transport
- Be physically fit and able to safely lift heavy weights safely and without injury
- Strong attention to detail
- An enthusiastic and energetic work ethic with a reliable and honest attitude
The successful candidate must possess a high level of safety awareness, and the ability to fit efficiently into a team environment is essential. To be considered, you must have your own transport.
