The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are efficiently processed, packed, and shipped to our customers, maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
- Picking and filling orders from stock.
- Packing and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Managing, organising, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Coordinating with the E-Commerce team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
- Communicating with the Customer Support team to resolve any order-related issues.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
About You:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferred: Licensed to operate a forklift.
