Based in Western Sydney, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking to enhance our team with a skilled Logistics Manager. This role will focus on maintaining excellent service for our existing clients while also acquiring new clients to improve our load efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an exceptional Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations from our headquarters in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of logistics to ensure prompt delivery of goods and bolster our reputation through prioritised customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• At least three years of experience in logistics management within retail or wholesale distribution and supply chain sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems analytically with a detail-oriented approach and high responsibility.
• Strong team leadership capabilities and safety consciousness.
• Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work (visa, permanent residency, or citizenship).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all logistics operations, including staff, vehicle fleets, orders, and route planning.
• Manage warehouse processes, inventory, and truck fleet maintenance.
• Optimise transportation and supply chain processes to minimise empty runs and costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and teams to enhance delivery outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous communication with both suppliers and customers to foster business growth and revenue.
• Analyse order data to optimise business practices and meet delivery timelines.
• Provide comprehensive reports to the board and handle transportation administration duties.
