Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Utilize your forklift license to handle materials safely and oversee loading/unloading operations.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and stock control.
- Motivate and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management within the supply chain industry.
- Valid forklift license with demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management systems is an advantage.
