Paramount Paper Merchants Pty Ltd are looking for a Full Time Warehouse Managerto join our family owned business located in St Kilda, VIC.
About Us:
For over 60 years, our family run business Paramount Packaging has been supplying packaging products to the Victorian industry. An opportunity exists at our company located in St. Kilda, Melbourne.
Role and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Receipt of goods from suppliers
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels
- Supervising the picking and packing of orders
- Liaising with the Purchasing Manager regarding back orders
- Requesting stock replenishment from the Purchasing Manager as stock levels decline
- Organising the delivery of imported goods from a 3PL warehouse to the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
- Organising routes for drivers and couriers
- Managing a small team of warehouse staff and ensuring safety standards are adhered to
Skills & Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift licence
- MYOB and Excel skills well regarded
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Staff management experience
