Our team has expanded, and we’ve upgraded from our shed (and coffee machine!) to our own custom-built office & workshop facility. We believe in working hard, supporting each other, and enjoying ourselves - our regular darts tournaments and beer taps are a testament to that! 

We are currently seeking a passionate Warehouse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in our office and workshop, situated midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in our exhibition and display installations' success. 

A typical day with us might include:

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Production Manager and Exhibition Team Leader to schedule, load and unload the required materials and stands across multiple warehouse locations. 
• Hands-On Execution: Coordinate with and manage a warehouse team of 3 to 4 people on picking, packing, loading, unloading, storing, strapping and labelling activities. Your excellent attention will ensure every item is accounted for, avoiding any loss or damage. 
• Smooth Operations: Facilitate pickups and deliveries, adjusting to the dynamic needs of our projects. You will ensure exhibition stands are packed accurately and on time.
• IT Systems: You will ensure the IT systems in place are effective in practice. You will also make sure the IT systems are accurate and maintained regularly.
• Workspace Excellence: You will run a professional, organised and safe warehouse while also keeping it clean and tidy.
• Creativity and Support: Assist in the fabrication and assembly of displays, contributing your skills to help our team.
• Inventory Management: You will be responsible for creating manifests. You will manage client inventory and stock control to ensure readiness for upcoming projects and accurate representation in our system, ordering consumables, overseeing packing lists and ensuring all inclusions are added by team members. 
• Maintenance and Improvement: Perform property, garden and vehicle maintenance to keep facilities and equipment in top condition. You will make suggestions about ways to improve efficiency. 
• Teamwork: Support teamwork and contribute feedback during debrief sessions for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the event/exhibition/expo industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with hire-inventory will also be advantageous.
• Licenses:  A current forklift license, manual driver's license and MR licence.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to meet the demands of a physically intensive role in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Exceptional attitude and capability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on detail, order, and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Organisational Skills: Proven ability to organise workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: A calm and problem-solving approach under pressure.
• Flexibility:  Willingness to travel and work weekends when necessary to support the projects we deliver.
• Computer Literate: Able to quickly learn and utilise our systems.
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
