AddressOur Cleint is based in dandenong South and is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse officer for a Major Hazard facility . Mainly responsible for Maintenance , Financial & Administration Management. The candidate will be ensuring that all operations are performed to appropriate standards,using proper procedures while maintaining relevant records.
Purpose:
- Provide support to direct , coordinate and plan teh storage and distribution within teh warehouse facility.
- Work closely wit the business to ensure a high customer service level is maintained.
- Where required, provide support in a Major hazard Facility and licensed pipeline documentation.
Responsibilties:
- Assist in Maintenance Scheduling.
- Ensuring compliance with MHF and license Pipeline regulations.
- Understanding of Plan Assets, critical parts and basic technical knowledge.
- Support in Forward planning of all activities and costing in coordination with terminal Operations.
- Assist in Financial/ Administration Management.
- Coordinate all inventories ensuring accurate record keeping and stock holdings are minimised without any impact to customer Service.
