Our client is a well-known warehouse located in Laverton North. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a fixed contract. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable duties- Keying data, entering invoices, reconciliation etc
- Accounts receivable duties
- Sorting through timesheets
- Cross-checking data
- Liasing with warehouse management and staff
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable/receivable - entering invoices and reconciliation.
- Previous experience office admin
- Previous experience with SAP system
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous but not essential
- Team player
- Able to work closely with Operations Manager and Warehouse Managers
