Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage stock and inventory accurately.
- Conducting weekly cycle counts and stocktakes as required.
- Utilise computer skills to navigate CRM, warehouse management, and freight systems effectively.
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.
- Assist in logistics coordination, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading shipments.
- Make deliveries within the metro area as required.
Service & Repair
- Conduct bench and infield repairs on pool robots, pumps, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Utilise Computer skills to process repair jobs via our CRM Platform.
- Provide detailed feedback on repairs to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Customer support and assist with troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience with our products and Services.
Key Personal Qualities Required for Role
- Possess an Australian Driver’s license for mobility.
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure quality service delivery.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments across all seasons.
- Physical fitness to handle regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) as part of daily duties.
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- A team player mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Possession of a valid fork license is essential for operating forklift equipment safely.
