Hours (Flexible)
8:00am - 4:15pm (Monday - Thursday)
8:00am - 3:30pm (Friday)
About the role:
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company's overall market share and to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.
You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Salary:
$85000 - $90000 (negotiable) + Superannuation

Required skills & attributes:
- 5 + years experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Strong in warehouse management procedures and operating practices
- Focused on continuous improvement and warehouse planning
- Co-ordinating / scheduling of all inbound and outbound containers & trucks
- Forklift License (LF) + LO License
- Keeping internal database updated and assignments up to date
- An awareness of Safe Working Practices
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Ability to work within a small team that values culture and camraderie
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
- Awareness of product quality assurance
- Organise and maintain inventory, ensuring shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions
- Proven work history within a warehouse environment
- Invoicing, labelling and experience within logistics management system
- Manage all transport modes - bookings / oversee loading / truck utilisation / load restraints
- Motivated, hardworking and reliable
- Work with key internal stake holders to resolve any issues to ensure that the focus remains on servicing the customer
