AddressJob Connect are sourcing an experienced Warehouse Team Lead for an exceptionally successful Building Supplies company in the South West Brisbane area.
As a Warehouse professional of over 3 years’ experience you have a strong knowledge of Goods Receivables and Dispatch while keeping a tight control of verified and tracked stock and aren’t afraid to investigate and question around variances. You can lead and empower a team of Warehouse staff to hit key goals and foster a positive Culture of Safety.

You will be ideal if you possess:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of staff in Warehousing
- Forklift licence and experience on Counterbalance and High Reach to move stock and assist where necessary
- A strong grasp of computer Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office programs like Excel
- Inquisitive nature to challenge and question assumptions
- Strong grasp of Receival, Inventory Control and Dispatch process with a focus on checking match with documentation
The role will involve:
- Verifying deliveries match order requirements and are conforming for quality
- Ensure all incoming goods are in acceptable condition and receipted accurately
- Ensure stock locations are maintained & reporting on inventory levels through WMS and computer systems
- Co-ordinate with all relevant parties on stock movements
- Ensure variances are investigated and addressed by recommending while instigating process improvements
- Ensuring key deliverables and processes in safety are adhered to through fostering a culture of identifying hazards, reporting and addressing them in an efficient and effective way
