Are you an Warehouse Administration Superhero?
We are seeking that special person who can support both Administration and Warehouse Operations in a busy depot with competing priorities.
You will be adaptable, flexible with the ability to jump from task to task with ease. You will be a fast learner who can step into various administrative and operational roles to support the business.
This is an exciting career opportunity for a Warehousing all-rounder, who will exposed to all levels of operational administration within a large logistics operation.
This is not your typical desk role.
Opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Primary Duties and responsibilities
- Flexibility to adapt working hours dependent on the day-to-day requirements of the role.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely as necessary.
- Ensure high level data accuracy and diligence in completing revenue capture tasks
- Maintain filing, systems, registers, and other records.
- Maintain computer-based information, data systems and generate reports/picks/invoices as required.
- Provide back-up support to the Business Support Team as required.
- General warehousing tasks as required
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of work processes.
- Be accountable and check quality of own work to ensure tasks are completed safely and fully as well as to the highest possible standard.
What you'll bring to this role
To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience:
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft suite of products.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong analytical Skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment.
- Ability to create business improvements - reviewing current practices and workflows.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Familiarity with KPI's and use to monitor and manage performance.
- Ability to understand key customer requirements and how we can best service their needs.
- Ability to understand IT support systems, applications & software.
