Join our Warehousing team in Ashmore and support our team with general warehousing duties and learn many aspects of Warehousing and Logistics.

About your new role

We’re looking for a Warehousing Officer to join our team and be responsible for our warehousing and materials management functions including receiving, receipting, issuing, delivering and stocktaking of materials. 

• Maintain very high accuracy and attention to detail when conducting inward goods receiving and system receipting, goods putaway as well as goods issuing activities
• Establish and maintain respectful, effective working relationships with all customers and stakeholders
• Conduct all duties with a safety-first mindset and adhere to the warehouse written procedures and City policies and procedures.
• Operate forklift with various attachments, conduct deliveries by Medium Rigid truck or commuter van
• Provide out of hours support to our operational maintenance teams and be part of the call-out roster.

About you

You are a motivated individual who can function autonomously and within a structured team environment. Your attention to detail and safety mindset is paramount resulting in efficient and effective warehousing and distribution services, and customer satisfaction.  You hold:

• A certificate III Warehouse Operations or proven equivalent knowledge
• Forklift Licence (Mandatory)
• Unrestricted Class C Driver Licence (Mandatory)
• SAP experience desirable
• Driver Licence class MR (desirable)
