The Waste to Resources Operations Officer looks after the day to day operations of councils waste management functions, including Council’s kerbside waste service contract, public place bins and the Windmill Hill Transfer Station.
The role will have an operational focus to deliver quality customer service outcomes, contract management and reporting in waste management in line with Council’s Waste to Resources Management Plan and legislative requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an operational or project management role of similar nature within the waste management and/or local government sector essential.
Qualifications in Waste Management, Environment, Environmental Health, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent will be highly regarded.
The salary range for this or this role will be $99,368 - $103,759 depending on skills and experience.
