The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the Water and Sewer team and provide customer service advice, specialising in Water and Sewer related matters.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high level of administration support to Water and Sewer operations to ensure successful completion of key Water and Sewer deliverables and legislative and regulatory requirements are met
- Deliver quality customer service applying specialist knowledge and experience relating to Water and Sewer administrative matters, consistently delivering high quality outcomes in accordance with regulations and corporate goals
- Accurate and efficient data input and records management using a range of Council databases and software packages
- Research and prepare draft correspondence, minutes, reports, Council reports, and other documents for the Water and Sewer team
- Contribute to improving processes and services provided by the role and team to ensure effective, efficient and safe delivery of objectives
- Self manage priorities and step up to pursue own and team goals with enthusiasm and commitment
- Is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for their team and community
- Has high attention-to-detail skills and a safety-first focus
- Has positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team
We are seeking someone who has or is willing to obtain:
- Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent AND three years’ experience in a similar environment
- Construction Induction Certificate (WHS White Card)
- Class C Driver Licence
Salary & Benefits

Full time: 70-hour fortnight
Salary: Range from $65,832 to $75,706 pa + 11% super
