Job Description Join our Wellbeing, Health & Safety (WH&S) team as a Coordinator to play a vital role in building and delivering a compliant WH&S Management System for our diverse farming and station operations. Your proactive approach will be key in establishing effective processes and building networks across the business. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of WH&S procedures, standards, and frameworks Coordinate Document Control for the WHS Management System and Assurance Program Streamline and enhance the WHS Management System for improved user engagement Provide consistent, timely, and credible information related to WHS documentation Manage day-to-day administration, including training, finance, communications, reporting, and WHS committee meetings/reviews Monitor and review compliance and assurance documents and programs Assist in the development, maintenance, and review of WH&S online training Coordinate third-party audits, site inspections, and change management/communication plans Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual WHS analysis and reporting packs Support the Injury Management and Return to Work Program/Preemployment Medical Reviews Assist with various administration and reporting tasks as required by the Head of Wellbeing, Health and Safety Support the WHS Manager and Head of WHS in delivering other business deliverables Continuously engage in professional development to stay abreast of emerging WHS technologies, legislation, and trends Desired Skills and Experience What we are looking for: Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma of WHS/OHS) 1-2 years of experience in a similar coordinator/administration role Demonstrated experience in developing WHS procedures, standards, and work instructions High level of customer service, with a focus on timely delivery Previous experience in an ASX listed company or global company with a diverse workforce is advantageous Rehabilitation and Return to Work experience is highly beneficial Exposure to working in remote and rural environments Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Familiarity with WHS incident reporting systems; advanced MYOSH administration skills are advantageous Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities in complex environments High attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills to understand trends Ability to…
