About the role and you:

As Wellbeing Support Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of our staff and players, particularly during their transition into our club's program. Your expertise will guide the cultivation of an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing team culture, laying the foundation for success both on and off the court. Key responsibilities include staff and player wellbeing, communication and integration amongst the staff and playing group, the development of culture and recruitment and mentorship.
