2024 is proving to be another exceptional year for EnergyAustralia, and we are excited about the prospect of growing our customer portfolio further which will increase the number of Consultant opportunities across our fun and vibrant call centres both in Geelong and Docklands (2MQ)
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate Consultants to join our Sales, Customer Service, Business Sales and Vulnerability teams in the coming months.

About the role As a consultant in our Contact Centre, you will
Complete a 5-week Training program (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home)
Build great rapport with our customers to provide positive experiences and outcomes
Identify and resolve complex customer queries
Proactively identify opportunities to promote EnergyAustralia products and services
Become a master in the use of a wide variety of systems and tools to access information and help customers

The ability to work a structured schedule and in a KPI/target-focused team
Confidence in navigating multiple computer applications (call centre environment)
Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
Ability to actively listen and clearly communicate tailored solutions and cross-sell products
Manage high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow compliance processes and procedures
Embrace continuous learning and 1:1 coaching
