We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hunter role, ideal for a driven and strategic professional who excels in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the security services industry.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, develop targeted strategies, and engage with decision-makers to secure new contracts.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a strong track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, administration and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop Proposals and Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or sales within the security services industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong Hunter Mentality: A proactive and tenacious approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
