• Lead a team of Whatever/Whenever Agents in delivering memorable and unique experiences to guests
• Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls
• Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
• Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
• Ability to multi task at all times
• Outstanding attention to detail
