As a WHS Advisor, you'll be working with some of the biggest and most exciting companies in the APAC region across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, transport, construction, and defence. You'll be responsible for analysing clients' health and safety systems and culture, developing recommendations for improvement, and engaging with workers at all levels to co-create health and safety strategies. You'll also be designing and facilitating face-to-face training workshops, coaching supervisors and teams, and creating fatality prevention programs from the ground up, aligned with best-practice approaches to critical risk management.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Relevant experience in safety critical industries as a health and safety professional (3+ years), with critical risk management in mining considered a big plus
- Excellent engagement skills with clients - whether they be frontline workers or executives
- ISO or management system development, implementation and management experience highly desirable
- Interpersonal skills of the highest calibre
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to lead projects independently with the support of a fantastic team
- Ideally a degree qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology/ Human Factors, Public Health/ Health and Hygiene, Law or Business highly desirable, however consideration will be given to those with a high level of experience and alternative qualifications
