If you're not afraid to challenge the status quo, and you love flying to where you're needed to facilitate and lead change, this is the job for you.As a WHS Advisor, you'll be working with some of the biggest and most exciting companies in the APAC region across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, transport, construction, and defence. You'll be responsible for analysing clients' health and safety systems and culture, developing recommendations for improvement, and engaging with workers at all levels to co-create health and safety strategies. You'll also be designing and facilitating face-to-face training workshops, coaching supervisors and teams, and creating fatality prevention programs from the ground up, aligned with best-practice approaches to critical risk management.At Epigroup, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and fun.
