AddressAbout the Opportunity Ventia are currently seeking a Work Order Integrity Project Officer to join the Work Order Integrity team to review the root cause and rectify Breakdown Maintenance (BM) Work Orders through multiple tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other analytical tools and MS Office Applications. Reporting to the Work Order Integrity Manager you will drive continuous improvement across multiple fronts with the autonomy to apply and support improvements as required to achieve the required KPIs.
This role is a permanent full-time opportunity base in Adelaide.

What you will be doing:
- Investigate P1, P2 failures (daily) and P3, P4 failures (weekly) and Open Work orders and provide forecast performance position to Contract.
- Conduct end of month close out of P1, P2, P3, P4 performance including updating KPIs for submission to client which capture all findings and amendments.
- Manage RM (P1, P2, P3, P4) backlog to established targets.
- Complete analytics, investigations into root cause analysis of poor performance in PM completion and submit recommendations to relevant AGFMA groups.
- Provide input into monthly RM Resources Planning process based on learning from current month.
- Execute and lead improvement activities for RM performance.
- Produce reports as required to internal and external stakeholders on RM current, past and back log performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience supporting operational delivery teams to strategic and tactical outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Data analytical capability across a range of platforms including SAP and Excel.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyse, synthesise and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutions.
