Our Finance team's focus is to support business units by providing a wide range of facilitation, guidance and governance services in an effective and collaborative manner, as well as at a strategic and corporate level.

About the Opportunity

To provide effective systems administration support by ensuring successful delivery and implementation of requirements relating to Business Intelligence including but not limited to Budgeting & Forecasting, Forms, BPA's, Dashboards, Reporting, Datawarehousing and the Works Management modules in Ci Anywhere whilst guaranteeing data integrity within financial systems. Assist with project management of key deliverables to ensure on time and within budget configuration and implementation.

  • The accurate development and maintenance of the allocated modules of Ci Financials and Ci Anywhere, with a focus on Works Management, Enterprise Budgeting, XLOne Reporting, ETLs, Forms, BI and Performance Planning.Supporting the business to achieve effective outcomes regarding enhancements.
  • The effective participation in process improvement forums in relation to special projects.
  • The provision of timely advice in relation to change management within ARTC.
  • Timely and proactive liaison with Manager, Financials Systems to achieve the goals set for each transformation project.
  • The development of training documentation, reporting policies, procedures and templates supporting the effective use of financial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control system administration procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ARTC's Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
  • Ensure that injuries are properly reported

About You

To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in understanding of applications development and configuration.
  • Extensive proven experience a large commercial organisation.
  • Demonstrable advanced analytical ability
  • Demonstrable financial report modelling skills including advanced skills in the use of Excel.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Desirable knowledge of and experience with Ci Financials/CiAnywhere Technology One suite of products.
