- Management of the ACT operation, emphasizing profitability and operational effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment objectives and surpass client expectations.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry advancements to foster innovation and expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Genuine care for people and a dedication to nurturing lasting connections.
- Prior experience as a Temp Manager in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the broader hospitality industry, including market trends and customer demands.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess, leading by example with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, adeptly managing high volumes with precision and efficiency.
