THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic Workforce Planner to develop efficient store rosters. This role will on-board new team members, and manage and coordinate all team training.
Your duties will include:
- Develop weekly rosters using a scheduling program.
- Manage daily scheduling in Time and Attendance, covering unexpected absences.
- Maintain the Airport Annual Leave Calendar.
- Coordinate induction and training sessions for new team members, ensuring that all requirements and necessary documentation are completed and actioned.
- Assist and support with safety processes, working with HR to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
Your Key Accountabilities will be:
- Identifying roster efficiencies across shifts
- Ensure salaries and wages remain within budget
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
- Previous Roster Scheduling experience
- Experience in Award interpretation
- Intermediate Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.) skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage various competing priorities
Desirable:
- Previous operations experience within the retail industry;
- Knowledge and experience in developing procedures and processes;
- Previous experience in a 24/7 shift work environment.
