About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of workforce planning, developing best practice and resource plans for all current and future student contact channels. With a focus on efficiencies, resource optimisation and continuous improvement, this role ensures optimal resources are available to meet student need and demand and exceed service standards.
This is a continuing full-time position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 8 classification and the salary range is $102,256 per annum - $115,153 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.The successful candidate will be required to work full-time on-site.
An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
- Ensuring that the Customer Experience teams are sufficiently staffed to meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels by effectively planning, scheduling, and managing resources in real time.
- Ensuring schedules are optimised and covers all communication channels (e.g. calls, emails and inbound/outbound campaigns).
- Providing high quality and timely consultancy and advisory services on all matters related to workforce planning within the Student Contact Centre.
- Proactively identifying and managing issues and gaps in resourcing, developing appropriate contingency strategies for emergency staffing and leave coverage.
