What this opportunity involves:
As the Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the Brisbane corporate location of our client – Australia’s largest telecommunications company.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our client, regarding any workplace activities at the site level. Oversee the day-to-day service delivery ensuring compliance to SOP’s, delivery guides and SLA’s. Ensure the workplace experience for all staff and guests is a welcoming and memorable one!
An overview of the role:
- Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
- Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management
- Daily management of work orders using JLL in-house management system
- Assist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reporting
- Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries
- Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes
- Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Oversee catering for special events as required
- Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
- Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management

You'll have worked in a similar role in a corporate environment. You will be a creative, innovative thinker and hold a high level of commercial acumen & computer literacy.
Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you. Your communication skills, and ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently as well as the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.
- Strong computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
- Work order system (corrigo or similar).
- Competent in completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
