What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a passionate, customer-centric individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. You will be part of a select portfolio of properties and will work closely with our social media client to create remarkable workplace experiences that align with their goals and objectives.
An Overview of the role:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services
- Execute experience services in compliance with service level agreements, standard processes, and local laws and regulations
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments to ensure service delivery compliance and performance metrics
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals and objectives
- Continually strive to improve experience service performance
- Collaborate within the account team to deliver experience services across all business lines
- Assist with managing third-party vendor relationships and service partners
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with client employees and guests
- Be actively engaged and visible in the workplace, spending time welcoming employees and ensuring workspace areas are maintained
- Respond to requests and issues within one day, providing personal follow-up to client employees
- Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity and security
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
