This vacancy is based in the Audit and Investigations - Payroll tax, Duties and Grants Division which carries out payroll tax and duties and grants compliance activities, including audits and investigations. Similar roles may also be filled in other QRO divisions and revenue lines in Brisbane.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, although to be successful you will need:
• the capability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation
• experience in audit and/or investigation or similar roles, preferably in a financial or tax environment
• a working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems
• the capability to apply your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.
