What this opportunity involves:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team as the Facilities Manager for our multi-national tech company client. This role will be based at their office in Chatswood though would oversee properties in New Zealand also.
Your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to the client
- Liaise with the respective countries in addressing specific regional and local activities.
- Manage the delivery of the facilities management services to the client’s facilities under JLL’s management
- Liaise regularly with the client on facilities management issues
- Be responsible for the management of the team e.g. recruitment, performance assessment etc.
- Review and report against agreed SLA and KPIs.
- Relationship management and liaison with Client business managers, Building Management and local statutory authorities
Facilities Management
- Help Desk and Customer request management
- Vendor management; including quotes, approvals, P.O’s and invoice payments
- Work with local client H.R team to ensure correct on and off boarding requirements
- Cover all emails queries pertaining to the the various offices including all invoicing processing and management
- Landlord and tenancy support matters
- OH&S, legislative monitoring and incident reporting for JLL team and capturing for client staff
- Preventive maintenance program of Client owned equipment;
- Ensure Landlord maintenance and statutory obligations have been met.
