About the opportunity
The Project Delivery Manager Hunter/MNC reports to the Hunter and MNC Operations Managers, works closely with the Project Coordinators and is part of the Project Delivery MJH team. The key focus of this role is to manage and lead the Project Delivery Team to maximise results for our customers and our business, prioritising deadlines and striving for excellence. More specifically, you will:
- Offer guidance, mentoring, support, training and coaching to the Project Delivery Team
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of a professional service to our customers ensuring compliance of policies and processes, maintaining regular contact with our customers and meeting deadlines
- Prioritise deadlines and drive workflow to achieve business requirement and budget
- Act as a support for the team being the point of escalation for difficult customer issues
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice and Operations Managers to resolve move complex client issues
- Facilitate the daily huddle providing clear priorities and roadblocks to ensure jobs progress to the next stage

- Previous management/leadership experience within the Residential Construction industry
- Strong people management and communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads and workflow
- A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
- Strong building knowledge, contract knowledge and the ability to understand plans
- Outstanding organisational and planning abilities
