Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an international professional services firm who are currently hiring a Workplace Relations Consultant on a fixed term contract (6-12 months) to act as the custodian for all ER/IR risk and compliance related policies and activities whilst ensuring robust employment practices are in place making it a great place to work.About the roleWorking as part of the wider HR Team, you will ensure the organisation remains compliant with employment and people-related legislation whilst helping ensure continuous improvement in managing people risk and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and advise on employment and industrial relations changes
- Provide timely advice to leaders and employees on awards and employment legislation
- Maintain a database of Workplace Relations issues and track trends
- Provide monthly reporting and analytics on key HR risk & compliance metrics
- Collaborate with the business on policy application and adherence
- Supporting on policy and ER/IR related projects
- Build a knowledge bank of collateral accessible to managers and leaders
