The Role
Due to promotion in this business of scale, there is a role for a senior Workplace Relations Consultant to hit the ground running with current and upcoming investigations and case management. Providing critical advice and assistance to leaders in the business, dealing with Unions and Fair Work, your role is to take appropriate actions and respond to current needs in relation to complex workplace matters.
Salary is commensurate with experience, circa $150k, start is immediate.
About You
Qualified and credentialed with a focus on IR/ER, you are a specialist in this area of HR and enjoy the challenge and complexity of case management. You have the commercial nous to talk through employment law and legislation, you possess sound knowledge of various industrial instruments, agreements and policies and can interpret to various audiences.
Working with Unions and confident to present at Fair Work will be requirements for this role, you are an outstanding communicator and negotiator, strong with systems and process and the detail required in reporting.
