As a Senior Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all walk-ins to the boutique. You will offer exceptional customer service while demonstrating and showcasing their high-end timepieces.
This company takes pride in offering a truly bespoke and tailored service. A passion for horology, watchmaking, or luxury products is a must.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years retail experience in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A keen eye for detail and a talent for active listening
- A passion for timepieces
- Experience in all aspects of retail operations, from stock take to key holding, banking, and assisting with training
- Experience with POS and payment systems
- The ability to be a brand champion
About the role:
- Monday to Sunday position, retail hours
- Full-time permanent position with holiday and sick pay
- A base salary of $70,000 + Super
- Commission based on team and individual targets
