We are looking for a Workplace Trainer/Business Readiness Specialist to join our Tier One Client's Organisational Change Management team on a contract position.
The successful candidate will be focussed on providing delivery and training on an exciting new project that is to be rolled out to frontline maintenance staff across various sites in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Working 4 days on/ 3 days off, the successful candidate will be able to choose either a Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday FIFO Perth roster.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager Lead, you will be working in a collaborative, inclusive & diverse team and will be required to:
- Provide the training, planning, execution and delivery of the Paperless Maintainer application.
- Provide advice, support and coaching to frontline team members to assist with business and change readiness activities.
- Encourage users to embrace the new PLM application to ensure long-term adoption at site.
- Preparing and planning training content
- Training needs analysis
- Communication engagement planning for Execution and Close Out Phases
- Establish communication and engagement channels for operational stakeholders
- Training delivery as and when required
- Process review workshops as required
- Stakeholder Workshops participant preparation
- Adoption Planning
- Ongoing Sponsor collaboration and support to drive change adoption
- Close collaboration with Project Manager with focus on driving people related change and manage risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure impacts and concerns are well understood and plans developed to address these
- Influence key stakeholder groups across all levels to develop effective relationships that facilitate successful implementation
- Identify people risks and issues relating to the project
- Minimum 5yr experience in delivering training and/or change projects
- Training planning, execution and delivery
- Engagement and communications planning
- Assessing a range of change intervention options
- Monitoring progress against plans
- Adoption planning
- IT implementation experience - would be advantageous
- Proficient with SAP – Work Management
- Tablet adoption
- Holds a Training or Project Certification i.e. Certificate 4 Training and Assessment
