The Kypreos Group which includes Nace Civil Engineering, State Asphalt NSW and State Asphalt Services has operated within the Civil Construction industry for over 50 years and is still owned and operated by the founding family members.
We are looking to recruit a Workshop Administrator to join our workshop team alongside a team of plant mechanics, auto electricians, boilermakers, and other workshop staff in our Prestons depot.
About the Role:
This is a newly created role designed to support our workshop team to manage the various Workshop administrative tasks and includes the following tasks:
- Managing workshop system platforms including updating electronic plant and vehicle repairs and service records and managing service schedules.
- Manage workshop purchase orders for parts and external repairs.
- Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and mechanical staff as required.
- Managing workshop quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy of receipting and dispatching.
- The role is a permanent role with standard 38hr week working Monday to Fridays.
To be successful for the role you must have:
- Previous experience in the role is very desirable but not essential.
- Current C-class Driver’s Licence
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office suite.
- Punctual, reliable, self-motivated, well organised, and able to work unsupervised.
- Applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol testing.
- Possess a strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn.
