Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your main responsibilities will include
- General admin/receptionist duties
- Incoming and outgoing mail/emails
- Scanning and filling documents
- General data entry
- Creating purchase and work orders
- Assist the workshop and transport managers as required
To be successful for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a reception/admin based role
- Strong skills in Microsoft office
- Current driver license
- Ability to work under pressure
- Planning and organizational skills
- Hands on attitude to the work place
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn & develop within a growing business
