The Role
This role will mainly be based in our workshop in Wingfield, but will sometimes be required to travel to sites where machinery needs maintenance in situ. The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Pre planned and breakdown maintenance of a wide range of equipment eg. road profiling machinery, trucks and utes.
- Ensuring all plant and machinery are in a safe and operable condition and that all risk assessment requirements are met
- Keeping and maintaining good records for our systems
- Participating in an on call roster for emergency breakdowns on site
About You
We are ideally looking for a Cert 3 trade qualified Mobile or Mechanical Plant maintenance technician who has experience working on heavy goods, construction or mining equipment or other heavy plant. You will also need a full manual drivers license. Candidates with other tickets such as forklift or EWP will be highly regarded.
We can offer a stable role with frequent overtime if required supplemented by extra pay on our on-call roster.
