Liebherr Mobile Cranes division is seeking a motivated and experienced Workshop Planner to join our team based in our Rockingham branch, working as part of a supportive team. This role is suited to an all-round administrator who can work independently and use your exceptional organisation skills to support the service team with scheduling work in the workshop and in the field to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external customers to determine their needs and schedule service work and new crane builds.
- Assign technicians and ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Responding to queries, preparation of quotations, and invoicing of service jobs.
- Processing timesheets for payroll
- Ensure required equipment and parts are organised for the team prior to the commencement of work.
- Monitor and track work in progress.
- Follow up with clients for PO's, Invoicing & payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Processing expense claims and supplier invoices
About you:
- Certificate III in business Administration (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role scheduling and planning work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
