About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, highly motivated, Workshop & Service Coordinator, to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be organizing and allocating jobs to our team of workshop tyre fitters as well as co-ordinating the work schedules of our service fitters out in the field. You will be the main point of contact between our sales staff and the fitting staff.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. You will based from our Kewdale Facility.
Role/Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to the sales team as well as the fitting team.
- Create and manage job cards for scheduled & emergency service work, ensuring efficient allocation of work to the service team.
- Process supplier invoices and invoicing tyres & related servicing as required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, safety and quality across work completed on-site by the workshop team & off-site by the service team.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality and customer service issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing staff and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s product range and services.
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to safety standards within the Group.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in allocation of work and scheduling proficiency.
- Strong commercial tyre store experience & knowledge of various tyre brands, sizes and applications.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
- Proficient computer/technology skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
Desirable
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Experience using costar.
