Qualifications & experience
- Excellent Communication
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, CRM Database desireable or willingness to acquire expertise.
- Boat License essential
- Competent to expert sailing knowledge
- Photography and editing experience an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing owners and establish a strong rapport with clients within Company database.
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of products and pricing and be capable of answering technical questions.
- Prospect clients for 2nd hand boat listings and call clients within Company database to establish relationships and requirements.
- Respond to all used boat enquiries.
- A competent to expert knowledge of sailing and boats whom is confident in carrying out test sails and moving boats when required.
- Manage listing agreements, asssociated brokerage paperwork and completion of vessel hand overs.
- Computer skills essential - proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to acquire knowledge of in house systems.
- Attendance at Boat Shows and events. Assist with logistics, organisation in conjunction with marketing team, assist with sales pre and post events.
