Our Client is a longstanding & successful Non Bank Lender with multiple brands within the Group. As a result of movement, their personal loan brand is seeking to hire a dynamic, enthusiastic and target driven Broker BDM to be the face of the brand for NSW to further drive broker uptake of this product. You will be tasked with a weekly broker visitation KPI to ensure application to settlement targets are achieved each month. You will have access to a large broker network, support from the other BDM's in state working under the other brands together with the team support in place to enable you to achieve.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Possess 2-5years Broker BDM experience gained ideally within another Non Bank Lender or Bank 3rd broker channel within the Australian consumer lending market
- Present with strong sales drive & be someone who is proven in a high volume KPI environment
- Be self motivated & able to self manage
- Possess strong communication & engagement skills with ability to present to brokers and at industry events
- Be service, solutions & outcome focused with the genuine 'want' to achieve against targets and expectations
- Be well organised, with strong organisation and time management skills
- Possess a strong personal brand & reputation across the broker network
