We provide personalised and compassionate services for children in out-of-home care and NDIS participants.

Rotating Lifestyle Roster
- Enjoy a rotating lifestyle roster working 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, working a combination of:
Day shifts: 6am - 2pm
Night shifts: 2pm - 10pm + 10pm - 6am (sleepover component) - Enjoy every second weekend off, enabling you to pursue personal interests, spend quality time with family and friends, and engage in self care activities.
- Enjoy the security of permanent part time employment offering a minimum of 56 hours per fortnight, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime.
We are looking for
- Compassionate Support Workers, experienced in working with young people who have experienced trauma and/or disabilities.
- Vaccination against COVID (2 doses), Influenza and Hepatitis A is recommended.
- Minimum P2 driver’s licence with no restrictions.
- Unrestricted work rights within Australia.
- Hold or are eligible to obtain an LCS check, blue card and yellow card.
- Previous Disability Support and PEG feeding experience highly regarded.
- Resilient, caring and passionate about providing quality care.
- Flexible to work over a 24/7 roster (committing to 2 sleepover shifts per week).
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to apply these to case management.
- Committed to ongoing training and continuous development with a desire to thrive!
- Hold, or be willing to enrol in an industry-standard course and work towards achieving a minimum Cert IV formal qualification.
- Computer-literate.
