About the role
The primary role of the Support Worker is client and stakeholder engagement within Red Cross Programs by ensuring the volunteer work force is utilised in the most efficient and effective manner whilst supporting the delivery of services and program operations.
About you
A Ability to work under general supervision, autonomously and as part of a team within a matrix structure
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver outputs within specified time frames
Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to with people with from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively with clients & volunteers within community services sector
Ability to resolve conflict and work related problems by exercising judgement and initiative within defined policies and practices

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $71,155.76 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
