Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging Youth Engagement Advisor to based in our Gympie office to work across the Wide Bay Region. This role is part of the Transition to Work (TtW) Program, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.
As a Youth Engagement Advisor you will develop and maintain strategic alliances with various community and educational groups to support direct registration of disengaged youth into the TtW program.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience in Employment Services is a bonus, it isn't a prerequisite for the role, but there are some essential requirements, which are:
- A current Working with Children QLD Blue Card
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
