Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) arelooking for a passionate, committed, and engaging YouthEngagement Advisor to based in our Gympie office to work across theWide Bay Region. This role is part of theTransition to Work (TtW) Program, which providessupport and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skillsneeded to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or trainingoutcomes.
As a Youth Engagement Advisor you will developand maintain strategic alliances with various community andeducational groups to support direct registration of disengagedyouth into the TtW program.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience inEmployment Services is a bonus, it isn't a prerequisite for therole, but there are some essential requirements, which are:
- A current Working with Children QLD BlueCard
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computerliteracy
- Current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel betweendifferent ETC sites
