An excellent opportunity for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice wanting to work in with an award winning brigade in state of the art produciton kitchen, The Kneadery, at Newstead.
Join this organised and professional team who include in their repertoire classic and modern French cooking.
The role will include training in various outlets over the course of your training, with our own cooking school you will have access to learn from the best in the business in a fun and rewarding environment with the team behind Montrachet, MICA Brasserie, King Street Bakery, MICA Express and Lumiere Culinary Studio.
The successful applicant must:
